NW Forest Pass required at Trailhead
Enjoyable snowshoe outing is the objective (not getting to the lake). Distance/gain listed is maximum for the complete route. Bonus if we get to the lake.
On a good weather day, the first .25 mile can be a popular sledding area, so crowds will thin out after that.
