car camp the previous night at the trailhead for a start in the dark the next morning

Will pick the better of the two days either Fri or Sat.  Must be in excellent shape, everyone will take turns kicking steps in the snow.  On last years attempt we carried (and used) snowshoes, in addition to all the other climbing gear.
