Big River Seattle Book Launch Event - June 12

On June 5th at Town Hall Seattle, experience a multimedia journey along the Columbia River from source to sea with photographer David Moskowitz, author Eileen Delehanty Pearkes, and additional special guests as part of the launch of a new book, "Big River: Resilience and Renewal in the Columbia Basin." Bike and Brews Series - Bikepacking Routes: GCOR (Gravel Circumnavigation of the Olympic Peninsula) with Aune Tietz

Join us for the last presentation of the season to hear Aune Tietz sharing her adventure race of GCOR last summer. This is very possibly the most grueling gravel bikepacking route in the state with 445 mi and over 42,000 feet of gain.

Walking the Wild: Trek the Tour of the Jungfrau including the Eiger Trail, with Cheryl Talbert!

Enjoy another evening of grand photos and storytelling from the wilds of the world, this time from a grand 12-day, 100-mile trek in Switzerland over several high passes (including the highest trekking pass in the Bernese Oberland, the Hohturli) and through some of the most glorious Alpine landscapes the world has to offer. The zoom link will be open at 6:30PM, and the presentation will go from 7PM to 8:30 with the last 15-20 minutes being open for questions. You must have a ticket to receive the zoom link to join - free tickets are available!
