Kathy Schrenk is a mother of three young children. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, she had to learn how to adjust her hiking expectations and plans with kids in tow. While it’s meant shorter hikes, Kathy remains fully committed to enjoying the outdoors as much as ever—and she places a high value on sharing her love of outdoor exploration with her children.
