- Sunday AM: collapse snow caves; snowshoe out to cars; drive home
Jr. MAC will use their snow cave building skills to build their own snow caves and sleep in them.

Required Equipment

- Snowshoes*
- Snowshoe poles*
- Backpack
- Sleeping bag* (could bring two and put one inside the other if necessary)
- Sleeping pad*
- Tarp (to put under your sleeping bad and wrap over you to protect from drips in the cave)
- Pack cover or plastic bag for water repellence
- Wool/synthetic socks (at least three pairs)
- Boots (insulated, waterproof)
- Long sleeve (synthetic)
- Long underwear (synthetic)
- Warm jacket (fleece or wool)
- Warm pants (fleece or wool)
- Gaiters*
- Waterproof shell (jacket and pants, breathable, with a hood on the jacket)
- Down jacket or extra fleece layer
- Underwear (at least three pairs; synthetic)
- Stocking cap (wool or synthetic)
- Brimmed hat
- Waterproof gloves/mittens (at least two pairs)
- Liner gloves
- Masks/Hand sanitizer
- Sunglasses/goggles (Polarized, broad spectrum UV protection)
- Bowl, Cup, Spoon
- Water bottles (at least two liters)
- Headlamp/flashlight (spare batteries and bulb)
- Change of clothes in the car
