Have you mastered the skills you were exposed to you in your beginner skate ski lessons? Do you want help improving your skating technique and ability to climb hills? This three-week intermediate skate skiing course will review the fundamentals and help you master the different skating techniques on varied terrain. Taught by PSIA-certified instructors on groomed trails.
Prerequisites: Seattle Mountaineers Intro to Skate Skiing Course or equivalent skate skiing experience.
When:
- January 9, 12:15 to 2:30 PM
- January 23, 12:30 to 2:30 PM
- January 30, 12:30 to 2:30 PM
If one of the field trips needs to be cancelled due to poor conditions there is a make up class scheduled on Februay 6 from 12:30 to 2:30 PM.
Where: Classes are held at the Sno Parks, east of Snoqualmie Pass. (See the required equipment list for a link to purchase the required groomed snow-park permit.)
Cancellations after January 6 will incur a $15 fee.
