Wet Wednesday - Lake Washington: Concrete Beach

Wet Wednesdays! On the water skill and community building on Wednesday evenings in June, July, and August.

  • Sea Kayak I/II
  • Easy

Arrive at Concrete Beach (Pontiac Bay) about 6pm for a 6:30 pm launch.  Lots of parking near the launch site.  We will divide the time between stroke practice and rescue skills with different instructors each week. Around 8:30 pm we will return to shore for “tailgate” snacks while we watch the sun go down.  Bringing a snack to share is optional.

Leader's notes

Join us for an evening of practicing your new learned skills, or honing skills you’ve been striving to perfect in a fun, relaxed setting with like-minded paddlers while the water is warm.
