Meet at Bowman Bay at 8.30 ready for beach talk at 9.15.

We will spend the day learning and fine-tuning techniques for making our kayaks move through the water as we would like, and to do so as smoothly and effortlessly as possible. We will concentrate on tuning each stroke to most effectively move the kayak. We will emphasize connection of body to boat, boat attitude and eliminating actions that reduce efficiency.

Helmet - we will not be in the pass, but will be using the walls and rocks to practice

Tow rope - might use to practice ruddering
