This hike will be led at a moderate CHS 2 pace of 2.0-2.5 mph. We will do a clockwise loop hike starting at the Samish Overlook viewpoint, then proceeding to the popular Oyster Dome view point. Then will head over to the North Butte viewpoint where we will take a snack/lunch break of about 15 minutes. Then will head past Lily and Lizard lakes on our way back to the Samish overlook.
The trailhead is at the Samish Overlook parking area. There is limited parking at this viewpoint so carpooling is encouraged. We will plan to have boots on, ready to hike at 9am.
Details of the carpool meet up option will be provided in the Hello Hiker email before the hike.
