This is a challenging hike and is steep in places. One section rises 1,500 feet in 1.5 miles!

Weather permitting we will have great views of the surrounding area and hopeful some wildflowers along the way.
Directions to trailhead:
From the north side of I-90, Exit 70, turn left and follow Sparks Road, parallel to the highway. At 0.7 mile go right on Kachess Dam Road, and follow it first north, then northeast for about a mile. Turn right on the gravel road that leads to Trail Nos. 1212, 1308 and 1315.
7:00 AM at Tibbetts Valley Park and Ride. Address: 965 12th Avenue NW, Issaquah
Car pooling is recommended since there is limited parking at the trailhead.
