If you are in Kate/Ambrose's SIG, or we've climbed/hiked together in the past, you have permission to sign up! All others, please request permission and let me know what other hikes you've done recently.

The primary goal for the hike is to get a check on fitness and set expectations for the minimum fitness requirements for successful trips with the Basic Alpine Climbing Course.
