Meet that the Little Si trailhead at 5:00pm.  (Don't forget to display a Discover Pass.) Boots on ready to go by 5:15pm, mountaineering boots optional.

We'll start hiking up the Little Si trail by 5:15, taking the first right-hand turn onto the "Boulder Garden Loop", following that to the Old Mt Si trail (not the Douglas Fir trail.)  We'll follow the Old Si trail up to where it joins with the newer main Mt Si trail, and turn-around where that trail first breaks out of the trees onto open talus fields.  On the way back down, we'll take the other side of the "Boulder Garden Loop" so that we've done it all counterclockwise, like this.

If you are using this as a qualifying conditioner hike for a course, let me know and I will weigh, time, and attest. Mountaineering boots are optional, additional weight by carrying additional water is recommended.
