We will meet at 9:00 AM in the upper west parking lot, just west of the Ski Area. 

 This will be a full day of rolling around in the snow! We will cover snow travel on technical terrain, and what to do if you fall.

You will learn and practice these skills:

  • Ascending and descending on steep snow
  • Ice axe self-arrest
  • Glissading
