Rock Climbing Weekend Trips - Vantage (Frenchman Coulee)

We will focus on continuing our climbing skills with the addition of mock-leading and mock-lead belaying for those who are comfortable (everyone will stay on top-rope belay during these mock learning sessions).

We will meet at Martin Way Park and Ride at 8:00am and carpool from there.

We will focus on continuing our climbing skills with the addition of mock-leading and mock-lead belaying for those who are comfortable (everyone will stay on top-rope belay during these mock learning sessions).

This is an optional overnight trip for families that would like to do two days of climbing.

  • Small First Aid Kit
  • Personal Rock Climbing Gear (if you own some)
  • OVERNIGHT GEAR IF YOUO PLAN TO STAY THE NIGHT - A details list will be given and discussed at the meeting prior to this weekend.

All necessary rock climbing gear for the trip will be provided by The Mountaineers

NOTE: Some weekend trips will be overnight and may require additional gear, which will be discussed at the skills night prior to the trip
