6PM ready to climb at Island Rock Gym in the Copper Top Plaza on Bainbridge Island. If you need to complete/renew your waiver with IRG, please arrive 15 minutes early to do so.
Field trip to teach and practice climbing skills to prepare students to confidently lead single and multi-pitch trad climbs. We will work thru leading on bolts, single pitch trad and multi-pitch trad over three field trips and a lead climbing clinic.
This clinic provides additional instruction in lead climbing techniques to build confidence leading outdoors and is lead by an professional instructor contracted by Island Rock Gym.
Required Equipment
Harness and climbing shoes.
