Meet at the Lower Soccer Fields in Issaquah Central Park at 10:00 am. Those interested in joining a dynamic yoga warm-up should be there by 9:45 am. There will also be a brief optional recovery yoga session after the hike.
This is an out-and-back hike. We'll access the Coal Mine Loop trail from the trailhead by the lower soccer fields in Central Park. After hiking along the north edge of the Coal Mine loop for about .75 miles, we'll turn on to the East Fork Trail until we cross the South Log Bridge where we can stop for a break before heading back the way we came.
