Field trip: GoHike: Beginner Hiking Course

June Hikes: 3.5 to 6 miles, 400 to 1,500 feet gain - Cedar Butte (Olallie State Park)

This hike may count toward your monthly required GoHike course June hike. - Hansen Ridge - This moderate loop hike follows a decommissioned logging road that has been converted to trail through sub-alpine forest and meadow featuring wild flowers and bear grass. Traversing the eastern aspect of the hillside on the upper portion of the loop we'll have open views out to the peaks of the Alpine Lakes Wilderness.
