Practice the food planning principles from the Lightweight Food Planning seminar, share some of your favorite trail food options, and try some tasty options from your fellow students! YOU MUST ATTEND THE SEMINAR BEFORE ATTENDING THIS CLINIC, AND EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO CONTRIBUTE APPROX 30 BITES OF 1 OR 2 FAVORITES!

Meet in Cascade A-B in the Seattle Program Center at 630PM to set up your food samples (the door will be open and tables set up by 6PM if you want to come earlier).   The clinic will begin as soon as everyone is set up, and will end at 8:30PM.

This is an opportunity to  try out and get feedback on your menu plans based on the  tools and concepts  you learned in the seminar,  to get some new backpack food ideas, to share some of your favorite freeze-dried meal brands and your favorite trail-breakfast, lunch and dinner staples, and try many different options from your fellow backpackers!

Participants are expected to bring samples of their favorite freeze dried meals, breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner staples, home-made dehydrated foods, any meal items that they enjoy on the trail!
