We'll hike ~6.5 mi on a well-maintained forested trail gaining about 1000'. There are several water crossings to negotiate, so water shoes recommended. This is mostly a lush, mossy forest walk, but the trail does open up in places. Once we set up camp we can take an optional day hike along the PCT beyond the impressive Canyon Creek suspension bridge.
