Snowshoe Lecture - Evergreen Middle School (Everett)

We will meet at Evergreen Middle School from 6:30 until 8:30 on this date.  Exact location within the school to be announced.

Topics of instruction will include selection and use of proper equipment, conditioning, what to rent, where to go, how to plan and evaluate snowshoe routes to avoid avalanche risk, winter travel, safety, and choosing an outing. Students will be eligible to participate in basic snowshoe tours with the confidence of having a foundation in winter travel.

Everett branch ski and snowshoe courses are non-interfering – which means you can take both courses.
