Mount Ruth (Mount Rainier)

Trip date June 20, 2015. Sunny day. No snow on the route up to the ridge from Glacier Basin. Only able to glissade about 1000' feet down from the summit. On our way down we witnessed a helicopter staging an Emmons glacier rescue from the saddle at the bottom of the ridge. Followed the bootpath down from the saddle along the dry rib through the old mine site on the return.
