Trail is in excellent shape.
We had great weather, warm and sunny. The trail is steep. Due to recent logging, the view is more expansive than in the past. We had a nice view of Mt. Rainier, surounding peaks, lakes and the Seattle skyline. We could see the parasailors that launched fom Poo Poo Point.
