Most of the trail is in great shape. There was still some snow to cross between the junction to the lake and the overlook. Everyone did great. The first stream crossing was a little high, but everyone managed to cross without getting wet.
No problems parking. This is a forested trail, with a variety of vegetation. Flowers are later than normal. Bunchberry, Queen's cup and Trillium were blooming. Bear grass is normally in full bloom this time of year, but had just begun. The stream crossings are quite pretty. We enjoyed the view and had a good time.
