Our hike was successful. We went uphill on Mt. Si main trail and came back the same route.
We saw variety of wildflowers- Yellow Violet, Bleeding Heart are the flowers that we know the names of. And we saw a Morel mushroom as well.
We finished the hike in 4 hours and 15 mins (this excludes the break time) maybe (Started at 8:09am and returned back to the parking lot at 12:50). We maintained 2mph overall pace - going up and down were about 1.75 and  3 mph respectively. The group enjoyed the activity and it was a great workout for us.
As we neared the top, there were sections that were slushy because of the snowmelt. We were able to go with our hiking shoes and poles were helpful. There was no need of microspikes.

We expected it to be sunny according to the weather forecast, but it was foggy and little chilly.  We spent about 20 minutes at the top having some food/snacks before we descended down.
