Day Hike - Dobbs Mountain

Beautiful crisp morning with some low clouds. Great view of the mountain at the end of the road or from the trail that starts where the road levels off at 2580. Only saw one other hiker coming up as we went down.

  • Road is in great shape. Great view of the mountain at the end of the road or from the trail that starts where the road levels off at 2580. Trail was easier to follow than when I did it in August with lots of plants on an over trail.

Road/Trail head is only 8.5 miles from the Center of Eatonville. This is a short hike that is quick to get to from Tacoma or Puyallup.
