Day Hike - Debbie's View via Bullitt Fireplace Trail

Great hike with wonderful view just minutes from downtown Issaquah.

  • Road suitable for all vehicles
  • Trail was totally open with the ground not being even that wet.  A very tiny bit soggy in parts but almost not noticeable.

Wonderful weather.  Sunny and cool and nearly not a cloud insight.  We could easily see Mt Rainier and even downtown Seattle.
The hike is on what was the “road” to the Bullitt cabin, now gone except the fireplace and foundation.  However, we branched off and went to Debbie’s view.   Since it was a road of sorts at one time, it is fairly straight but a very steady climb for most of it.  My app said 1.9m out of 2.4m.  2 hours of walking round trip.  The trail was not overly crowded but a fair number of people getting out in the sun.
