Crag Rock Climb - Vantage (Frenchman Coulee)

Great late season trip to the Sunshine Wall for some trad and sport.

  • Road suitable for all vehicles

  • Lots of folks climbing, especially in the King Pins area.  But if you go early, you've got the pick of the wall.  Especially on a Sunday, when the dirt bags sleep in.  Even though weather said "40% chance of rain" it was dry all day until about 3pm when it rained a small amount and we bailed.

Various people climbed  a combination of some of the following routes:

  1. Ride 'em Cowboy (5.9 sport)
  2. Party in Your Pants (5.8 trad)
  3. Easy Off (5.10c sport)
  4. Solar Therapy (5.7 sport)
  5. Rock Lobster  (5.6 trad)
  6. Tangled Up In Blue (5.9 trad)
  7. Seven Virgins and a Mule (5.7 trad)
  8. Peaceful Warrior (5.6 sport)
