Cow Heaven

The trip started out at 8am in moderate rain and no snow. We took snowshoes only and never needed them. it rained pretty much the entire day without any let up and the party turned back after reaching the cow heaven area, where we finally encountered some snow (2-4" deep) approximately 500' below the top of the ridge.
The trail is in good shape other than being a bit of a bog or a creek in places due to the heavey rain.
