Bikepack - Lily & Lizard Lakes

I cut my participation short as I found the alternative route we had to use due to logging steep, rooted, and rocky. It was fun riding back to the car though.

There was extensive logging going on which closed one of the trails we were going to use. We were going to ride up a gravel road to gain elevation, and then access the trail, but started up on a single track trail which was mostly a push for me. 
it was a warm weekend so there were a lot of people on the trail. I turned back so I don’t know if the group was able to get campsites at either lake.
