Basic Rock Climb - South Early Winter Spire/South Arête

Jeff Ward, a guide at North Cascades Mountain Guides and Lauren Olivia Smith (another Guide) were on the route and witnessed a massive rockfall event on 6/5/22.  Nobody was injured and the two guides documented the debris with a few photos shared via Facebook.  There is currently no update on the status of the route other than the presence of loose debris perched on top of the chockstone.  Much of that debris may need to be trundled in order to make the route safe to climb again.
