God's Pocket Marine Park
Located at the norther end of Canada's Vancouver Island, God's Pocket Marine Provincial Park offers open coastal kayaking conditions and excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing.

- Recommended Book: The Wild Coast, Vol 1 by John Kimantas (Whitecap Books 2005).
- Suggested Itinerary: A roughly one week trip of 80-100 nm averaging 15 nm per day.,
- Skills: Ability to paddle in 15 knot winds, 3 foot seas, currents up to 5 knots, and 2-3 mile crossings.
- Camps are in non-improved sites (read bring small tents).
- Need to pack in our water, and pack out waste.
- If conditions allow, consider extending your trip to the eastern end of Cape Scott Provincial Park.
