Meet the leader in Colfax, WA at the Best Western Wheatland Inn at 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 6. We will carpool to the top of Steptoe Butte, a 25 min drive from Colfax. Sunset is 8:05 pm. For those who want to catch the early morning light, we will depart Colfax around 5:30 am the next morning, May 7. Expect temperatures in the mid 40s and some wind at the top. It will be possible to make a stop at Palouse Falls on our return to the Seattle area.
