  • Casual
  • Mileage: 1.0 mi
  • Pace: Extremely slow with very long stops for photographs.

Meet at Bellevue Botanical Gardens entrance at 7:30 AM.
12001 Main Street
Bellevue, WA 98005

There is no fee for parking, no fee for getting into the garden.

Bellevue Botanical Gardens has many photo opportunities. For the beginning photographers, we will spend some time at the beginning of the trip going over manual settings that can easily be used during our time in the garden. We can go over how to get the close up shot of the flowers with a blurry background, and how your shutter speed impacts the flow of water on your photos.

If you are an experienced photographer, you are welcome to hang out while we go over camera settings, or you can go directly into the garden and we will meet up with you shortly.

There will be lots of time to practice using the settings on your camera.  You can bring filters, extension tubes, telephoto or zoom lenses, macro lenses, etc.

***TRIPODS ARE ALLOWED***
Tripods are ok. They can not be placed in the garden, or block the pathway or trails.
