Get a running start on your day with an easy morning run before breakfast. We'll do a conversational 5-6 mile run as the mountains wake up on the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail. Meet at Meany Lodge at 6:00am ready to run.

We'll run from the Lodge on a forest service road to the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail and back. The expected pace will be 10-13 minutes/mile depending on the group. Elevation gain/loss is approximately 500 feet. No one will be left behind. We will return to the Lodge in time for breakfast. Leader's permission required to confirm your registration for the Adventure Wellness Weekend.
