- Wind: 10-15 kts
- Waves: 1-2 ft
- Currents: < 3 kts
- Distance: 12.5 nm
- Pace: Moderate
We will launch promptly at 11:00am so please plan to arrive at the Port Hadlock boat ramp by no later than 10:00am to allow enough time for everyone to get their gear in order.
Please note that participants are responsible for bringing their own sea kayaks, gear, food, water, and for arranging the rental of anything they may require. And also for checking their equipment before the trip to make sure everything is in safe and seaworthy condition.
Dry suits designed for kayaking are required.

Required Equipment
These seven essentials plus The Ten Essentials are required on all sea kayaking trips. All but the whistle and clothing should be provided with any kayak rental.
- Floatation in both ends of the kayak
- U.S. Coast Guard approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD)
- Paddle
- Spray skirt
- Bilge pump with floatation
- Self-rescue paddle float
- Waterproof whistle
- Dry suit
