Fall paddle to explore Case Inlet. Launching from Allyn, we will paddle south with the outgoing tide along the west shore to Stretch Point State Park. After a break, we'll continue south, crossing to the north tip of Harstine Island. From there we will cross the inlet to Heron for a lunch break. From Heron, we will paddle back north along the east shore of the inlet to the short crossing to Allyn. On this last stretch, we may be able to observe the petroglyph at Victor. Expect to get back to the put-in by 4:30pm.
Bring a sail if you want as there may be some opportunities to use the wind along the way.
Current COVID vaccination required of all paricipants.
Meet at 8:15am at Allyn Waterfront Park. We will launch by 9:00am.
