  • Mountain boots that can accept crampons (not hiking boots)

  • A sleeping bag rated to +20 degrees or colder
  • A sleeping pad

  • 6 straight gate carabiners
  • 2 locking carabiners
  • Large pear-shaped locking carabiner
  • Belay device
  • Climbing harness
