Frontcountry Trail Run - West Tiger Mountain 1-2-3

After Work 9.5 Mile loop of Tiger 3,2,1

Meet at 4:00 PM at the Cable Line Trail Head ready to run. After introductions and quick discussion, plan to start running by 4:10PM. 

No Parking passes required if parking on street. If using the small lot a Discover Pass is required.  There are no bathrooms at the trailhead. 

Directions: From I-90, a few miles east of Issaquah, take Exit 20 for High Point and turn south on 270th Ave SE. Just a few yards south of I-90, turn right onto SE 79th St and continue west. Cableline trailhead is 0.4 miles on the left.  You will see cars parked along the road.

This will be a casual pace with a mix of fast hiking up steep hills and jogging (10-15 min miles).  This is my favorite Trail Running route on Tiger as it hits 3 summits, gets the elevation gain out of the way quickly, and has some great long trails to run down.   

We should be done before sunset, but bring a headlamp just in case.
