We'll meet at the parking area after you pass the zoo at 5:30 and run at 5:40 after introductions and safety discussion.
Run the loop at a 4-5mph pace and possibly run the loop back or add on the yellow loop depending on group interest in extending the run. Conversational pace, building your base mileage on trail.
