Frontcountry Trail Run - Oyster Dome

Oyster Dome Funsies, 15 Mile Extended Loop including Oyster Dome, Lilly and Lizard Lakes.

  • Elevation Gain: 3,800 ft
  • High Point Elevation: 2,200 ft
  • Pace: 4MPH overall

Meet at 7:00AM at the Southwest corner of the Ash Way park and ride in Lynwood.  We will gather and split into carpools. Google Map Directions to Ash Way Park and Ride

Alternately meet at 8:00AM at the Trailhead along Chuckanut Drive. Google Map Directions to Chuckanut Drive Trailhead

I don't believe a Discover Pass is required for the Chuckanut Drive trailhead, but if you have one bring it just in case.

This is a longer run with elevation gain so please be sure you have done similar distances recently.  I like to enjoy long runs, so picture taking, snack eating, and general shenanigans are expected. 

We will fast hike the steep sections, and run the flats, gentle hills, and downhills.  Overall pace is anticipated to be 4MPH given the elevation gain of run.  If you have any questions or concerns about pacing or the route please feel free to email me.  I'm happy to try and accommodate.
