9am Chirico (Poo Poo Point) Trailhead
Plan A if decent weather for views:
Chirico Trail to Poo Poo Point. One View and Poo Top Trails to West Tiger 1 for two big viewpoints of Seattle, Bellevue, Lake Washington and Sammamish, Cascades from Mt. Baker to Glacier Peak to Mt. Rainier! To West Tiger 2, then back on Tiger Mountain Trail (TMT) to One View Trail back to PPP.
Plan B if mediocre weather:
Start at Sunset Way Trailhead. Adventure and Section Line Trail (pretty steep, gaining 1400 feet in less than 1 mile) up to West Tiger 3. Seattle View Trail (no view) and West Tiger RR Grade. Down Poo Poo Point Trail (but not visiting Poo Poo Point itself) back to Lake Tradition area.
Expect around 10-11 miles of hiking with 3000 feet of gain.
Hike will be canceled if heavy/steady rain is forecasted.
Required Equipment
Hiking shoes or boots, layers and rain jacket, food/water, no cotton or denim clothing
Trekking poles recommended for steep trail section
