Trip

Day Hike - Stillwater Natural Area

Mentored hike for Tom Bancroft. We will bird along the dike at the Stillwater Unit of the Snoqualmie Wildlife Area (A Discovery Pass Required) looking for birds, mammals, frogs, and plants, then walk the dirt road out to the edge of the river and back looking for additional nature. There is the possibility for a little mud depending on the rains. On our way back, we will stop at Redmond Watershed preserve for a loop through the forest and along the power line to add a few additional sightings. Bring binoculars. Walk is less than 3 miles.
