Meet at the Pinnacle Peak Park in Enumclaw at 9am
South Trail: at SE Mud Mountain Road and SE 481 Street.

No parking pass is needed
this park is serviced by metro bus route 186
Starting from the park, we will be taking the Southern trailhead route to Pinnacle Peak. This is a volcanic cone and we will be able to see columnar basalt and have views of Mount Rainier and the White River Valley below. We will have a snack/lunch at the Peak and then hike back to the trailhead via a few alternate trails for a 4 mile hike.
Please bring the 10 essentials, dress in layers and plenty of water. Trail is likely to be muddy in places, so please wear waterproof hiking boots.
This hike will follow the Mountaineers Covid-19 guidelines for trip.
