Day Hike - Owen Beach

Midweek weighted backpacking conditioner.  I will set up a course in a four point to point fan-shaped pattern.  Low Tide 5:15pm.

Owen Beach toward the point and back

Owen to top of parking lot and back

Owen beach on sand toward ferry terminal, up stairs and promenade back

Owen stairs to old entrance and back.

You will walk the course as many times as you can in one hour. 

If you do not wish to walk on sand, you can just do the hill climbs.

Treats and "Prizes" at the finish/7:00pm

Owen Beach tables by bathrooms 5:45 PM Challenge starts at 6pm!
