Day Hike - Mount Walker

Here's your chance to gain lots of elevation at low elevation without snow on a good trail. The goal is twice up and down if you want a great workout, or just once if you prefer. Scramble and climbing students are welcome. Please read leader notes.

  • High Point Elevation: 2,800 ft
  • Pace: 1.5 - 2.0 mph, will vary

Trailhead, mid-morning. Details will be emailed to participants.

The stats indicated are for two rounds. Round two is optional, but recommended for a good test of conditioning. No parking pass needed. No bathroom at trailhead, but there is one at the summit. Be prepared for some rain, but heavy rain in the forecast will cancel the trip.
