Day Hike - Mount Walker

A pre-conditioner conditioner to see what condition your condition is in. We will aim for a double-Walker. Meant for climbing and scrambling students, but anyone wanting a good workout is welcome.

  • Mileage: 8.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 4,000 ft
  • High Point Elevation: 2,800 ft
  • Pace: 1.5 - 2.0 mph, will vary

Trailhead, mid-morning. Details will be emailed to participants.

Round two is optional, but recommended for a good test of conditioning. I do not anticipate much snow, but micro-spikes will probably be needed. No parking pass needed. No bathroom at trailhead, but there is one at the summit.
