8 am at the yellow gate.

There is a maze of trails  and logging roads in the hills above the main logging road.  We will follow several of them up to Mt. Madron, and then follow some back to the main logging road.  We will stop for lunch at Kennedy Falls, and then return to the trailhead.  Bring your navigation skills.
