Day Hike - Howe Stairs

Meet at 5:45 p.m. at the top of the stairs at the intersection of East Howe Street and 10th Ave E in Capitol Hill in Seattle. (See map under Getting There.) Boots on the stairs at 6. There's usually ample on-street parking nearby.

Let's do some stairs! Bring a little weight or a lot - we'll do laps on the famous Howe Street Stairs in Seattle, where many a PNW mountaineer has paid their dues. We'll also introduce lead belaying, so bring your rock racks. Rain or shine. Headlamps required. Email with details to come.
