Meet at 9:30 AM at the Enumclaw Ranger Station on Roosevelt Ave.
We will consolidate cars at the Enumclaw Ranger Station and caravan from there to the trailhead, via SR 410 and Forest Service Road 70. Our entire driving route is paved. Each car parked at the trailhead must display the Northwest Forest Pass or the equivalent. No parking pass is needed at the Enumclaw Ranger Station. There are restrooms at both the Enumclaw Ranger Station and the trailhead, but not on our hiking route. Party separation bathroom breaks will be taken during the hike as needed. This is a good conditioning hike for those beginning their hiking season.
