Carbon River entrance Mt. Rainier National Park by 7:30 am.

You will need a Mt. Rainier annual pass or day pass to park.

This will be a day hike to Green Lake located in Mt. Rainier National Park.  The route to the lake currently has a lot of blow downs.  Couple that with any remaining snow and this hike may be harder than you may think.  Since this is a hike we will not be bringing snowshoes.  Microspikes will be required.    Trekking poles will also be a great idea.
